New shares will be issued at the amount of EUR 1.00 per share up to a total issue amount of EUR 10,064,501.00.
The increase in capital will be used to extend the areas of arable land managed in Romania from roughly 3,400 hectares at the moment to up to 10,000 hectares amongst other things.
